Created by Feefo, Trusted Service is awarded only to those businesses that use Feefo to collect genuine ratings and reviews. Those that meet the high standard, based on the number of reviews they have collected, and their average rating, are awarded. A badge of honour, this accreditation remains unique, as it is based purely on the interactions with verified customers. Nisbets continues rise in ‘The Sunday Times Grant Thornton Top Track 250’
Ranking 48th on the annual league table and just one of nine businesses recognised in the South West, Nisbets stands out for making a significant contribution to the continued growth of its local economy. Following positive year on year growth and a strong profit before tax position, not only has Nisbets maintained its presence on the annual league table, but has climbed 10 places higher than the previous year.

Created by Feefo, Trusted Service is awarded to businesses that use Feefo to collect genuine ratings and reviews and is based on interactions with verified customers. The Gold status is in recognition for having achieved overall score between 4.5-5 stars.
At Nisbets we work hard to ensure our customers receive the best service possible, and being able to listen, understand and respond to their needs has enabled us to improve our service levels, so we are delighted to have received this award.

Queen's Award
for enterprise
Nisbets has been awarded one of the coveted and highest official UK awards for British businesses a Queen's Award for Enterprise: International Trade 2017.
A Queen’s Award endorses our commitment to quality and our brands, and re-enforces confidence in our long term relationships based on trust and respect with our colleagues and our customers.
To win a Queen’s Award for Enterprise in International Trade is rigorous and only open to UK Companies with the criteria of:
- Growth and commercial success in international trade
- Strong social corporate responsibility.
- Year on year growth
- Overseas growth
Awards are made on the advice of the Prime Minister after examination of applications by an Advisory Committee composed of leading individuals from industry and government. The Award is then conferred by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth.

Nisbets are delighted to have been awarded Contact Centre of the Year in the medium category at the 2017 South West Contact Centre Awards ceremony, which was attended by over 520 guests from high profile companies across the South West of England.
This award is given to in-house contact centres that demonstrate leading practice for both colleagues and customers alike.
Our congratulations also go to Luke Harrison, winner of ‘Apprentice of the Year’; this is fantastic recognition for his great work here at Nisbets.

for customer service award
We are proud to announce that we have been rated 3rd overall for 2016 in the Top 50 companies for Customer Service. This independent assessment, run in partnership with GFK mystery shopping, is the UK’s biggest annual mystery shopper research experience. That means we were up against some tough competition. The Top 50 uses existing and potential customers to gather real customer insight across multiple channels. This sets a benchmark against our competitors to see how we go above and beyond other contact centres within our sector and across the industry.
